FIS World Cup - Giant Slalom Ladies Last time that we could watch the Ladies' World Cup we traveled to the Aspen Winternationals in 2009. But this year we actually could enjoy the first race of the new season 2011/12. And what a great start for the American girls!!! Scroll down for some great pictures!  This was a very steep course and a great crowd!  I have a new picture with Julia Mancuso again,  ...and with Lindsey Vonn! Both are so amazing! Lindsey won her first Giant Slalom World Cup and Julia placed 10th.   Victoria Rebensburg, Lindsey Vonn, Elizabeth Görgl on the podium. There was a huge party at night in Sölden to honor the first 6 ladies of the day.
